Nature of digital content
Our guided movement content, learning materials, and digital activity resources are delivered electronically and may be accessible immediately after purchase. Because access is often granted right away, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once accessed, except as described below or where required by applicable law.
Subscription cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling stops future charges; we do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law.
One-time programs and toolkits
For one-time program and toolkit purchases that have not yet been accessed or downloaded, you may request a refund within the eligibility window described below. Once content has been accessed, refunds are at our reasonable discretion.
When refunds may be granted
We may issue a refund in situations such as:
- A duplicate or accidental charge;
- A technical issue that prevented you from accessing purchased content and that we were unable to resolve;
- A billing error on our part;
- Where a refund is required under applicable consumer-protection law.
How to request a refund

Processing times
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once approved, please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to appear, as timing depends on your payment provider.
Non-refundable items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Digital content that has already been accessed or downloaded;
- Completed billing periods for active subscriptions;
- Purchases made outside the eligibility window described above.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can help resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and could result in suspension of access while the matter is reviewed.
