Digital Content & Subscription Policy

Scope

This policy applies to all digital content and subscription-based access offered through the Services, including guided movement programs, learning toolkits, virtual session support, and ongoing activity resources.

Nature of digital content and license

When you purchase or subscribe to our digital content, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access it for your own general-wellness use. You do not acquire ownership of the content, and all intellectual-property rights remain with us or our licensors.
