Purpose of these guidelines

Our virtual sessions and community features exist to encourage active, healthy habits in a supportive environment. These guidelines set clear expectations so everyone can participate comfortably and respectfully.

Respect and inclusivity

Treat fellow participants and facilitators with courtesy and kindness. We welcome people of all backgrounds, ages, and ability levels. Discrimination, harassment, hateful language, and personal attacks have no place in our community.

Participation expectations

Join sessions ready to engage at your own pace. Arrive on time where possible, follow facilitator guidance, keep shared spaces constructive, and allow others the room to take part. Encouragement is always welcome; pressure is not.

Moving safely

Our sessions are general-wellness activities and are not medical or therapeutic care. Move only within your own limits, modify or skip anything that does not feel right for your body, and stop and rest whenever you need to. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified professional before participating.

Privacy and recording

Respect the privacy of others. Do not record, screenshot, or share images or content from sessions without permission. Be mindful of what appears in your own camera background, and avoid sharing other participants' personal information.

Prohibited behavior

The following behavior is not permitted:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or hateful conduct;
• Disruptive, unsafe, or distracting behavior during sessions;
• Sharing content that is unlawful, explicit, or harmful;
• Promoting products, services, or unrelated solicitations;
• Impersonating facilitators, staff, or other participants.

Moderation and enforcement

To keep sessions positive, facilitators may issue reminders, mute or remove disruptive participants, or restrict access where these guidelines are not followed. Serious or repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of access in line with our Terms of Service.

Reporting a concern

If you witness or experience behavior that breaches these guidelines, please let us know using the contact details at the end of this page. We take reports seriously and will review them thoughtfully and discreetly.

Accessibility during sessions

We want sessions to be accessible. If you need an adjustment to take part more comfortably, contact us in advance and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs.

We may update these guidelines as our community grows. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and continued participation signifies your acceptance.
